From Raw Material to Finished Product

Material Prep

Aluminum coil unrolled, lubricant applied, and sheets cut to size. Alloy quality-checked before processing.

Stamping

High-speed pneumatic stamping on automated lines. Precision dies for consistent shape and thickness.

Trimming & Printing

CNC trimming for clean edges. Multi-color printing for custom branding and logos.

QC & Packing

AQL sampling, dimensional checks, food-safety swabs. Shrink-wrapped and palletized for export.

Production Capabilities

Our manufacturing facility represents one of the most modern aluminum foil container production plants in Central China. With over 20,000 m² of floor space, we operate 12 high-speed automated production lines capable of producing 80+ tons of finished foil containers daily.

Raw Material

We source food-grade aluminum coil directly from certified mills — primarily alloy 8011 and 3003 — in thicknesses ranging from 30μ to 200μ. All incoming material undergoes composition analysis, surface quality inspection, and mechanical property testing before entering production.

Production Process

  1. Coil Preparation: Aluminum coil is unrolled, cleaned, and lubricated for optimal forming performance.
  2. Stamping & Forming: High-speed pneumatic presses with precision dies stamp containers at 150–200 pieces per minute.
  3. Trimming & Curling: Edges are trimmed and curled for safety and lid compatibility.
  4. Surface Treatment: Food-grade lacquer coating applied where required for enhanced safety and appearance.
  5. Quality Inspection: 100%% visual and dimensional inspection. Random batch testing for food contact migration.
  6. Stacking & Packaging: Automatic counting, stacking, shrink-wrapping, and carton packing.

Mold & Die Workshop

Our in-house tooling center designs and manufactures precision stamping dies for all standard and custom container shapes. Mold development typically takes 15–20 working days, allowing fast turnaround for new product launches.

  • Spectrometer for aluminum alloy composition analysis

Every product passes through 4 inspection checkpoints before it leaves our warehouse.

Raw Material Inspection

Every batch tested for food safety compliance, moisture content, and fiber quality before entering production.

In-Process Control

Continuous monitoring of temperature, pressure, and thickness. Real-time adjustments on every line.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

AQL 2.5 sampling, visual checks, weight verification. Third-party SGS inspection available on request.
